The purpose of the Preceptor Program was to provide HealthSouth with a structured on-boarding and development process for new CNOs to acclimate them into the position and company more effectively and in a shorter timeframe. We designed and produced this 52-page program that was 3-hole punched and provided in a 3-ring binder.
